Do you think about keeping a journal, but not sure where to start?
Have you felt worried where it might lead you to write down your own thoughts?
Imagine if as little as five minutes a day could help you feel calmer, and even sleep better…
Mary Fenwick writes the agony aunt column for Psychologies magazine, she’s been a journalist for 30 years, an executive coach for 12 years, and has kept a journal since Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep was in the charts.
Mary runs an online programme which combines positive psychology research, with writing techniques. She is bringing her taster session to Hungerford Hub as part of The Well Read Mind season.
Here are a few things that people have said about Writing Back to Happiness:
“I can’t believe that something as simple as sitting down for 15 minutes with a pen and paper every day could be so therapeutic. Really helped to get some thoughts together and I think I’m easier to live with as a result!”
“I learnt new habits which made me calmer and more ordered in my thinking. I would recommend the course to anyone suffering from stress or anxiety.”
