Mary Fenwick writes the agony aunt column for Psychologies magazine, she’s been a journalist for 30 years, an executive coach for 12 years, and has kept a journal since Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep was in the charts.

Mary runs an online programme which combines positive psychology research, with writing techniques. She is bringing her taster session to Hungerford Hub as part of The Well Read Mind season.
