Join local yoga teacher and self-care coach Maura Barber-Oosterhuis for a Yoga Therapy and Self-Care workshop designed to calm the nervous system and nourish the soul.
During this workshop you will practice gentle yoga sequences, breathing techniques and self massage.
Learn how to slow down and listen to your body, and leave armed with simple self care tips to use at home.
Yoga mats will be provided, please bring your own pillow and blanket. No yoga experience required.
Maura has over 20 years of yoga experience ranging from the dynamic ashtanga and vinyasa flow yoga to the gentler yin and restorative yoga.
