Hungerford Hub is a not-for-profit community asset supported by Hungerford Town Council, Hungerford Library & Community Trust and Friends of Hungerford Library (the Hub team) in order to ensure the continued provision of a library by West Berkshire Council.

Hungerford Hub is funded by monies raised by the Hub team; the use of these monies, as well as the management of the Hub, is the responsibility of Hungerford Library & Community Trust, a charitable organisation. (It’s registered number with the Charities Commission is 1174178.)

We need your help to enable us to keep a roof over the library. We need to kit out the Hub to make it an attractive and well-equipped venue and exhibition space and we also need to raise enough money each year to cover the running costs of the building. If we are to keep our library we must keep the building up and running, and there are many ways in which you can help.

Volunteer

Most of us are volunteers and always need more on the team!

You might have a special skill or maybe you just want to see Hungerford Hub achieve greatness and are happy to work in The Curve Gift Shop, hand out leaflets, wash-up or push a broom across the floor. Whatever your strengths, we would love to have you on board!
